Lunch on Sunday, 31/03, will have a fixed menu by reservation only.
Service begins at 1:00 PM, with a small welcome aperitif beforehand.
Limited seats, and the reservation will enquire about the choice for the main course: lamb or veal belly.

OUR CUISINE
The hut has an indoor dining room with a maximum capacity of 35 diners; in the summer season the accommodation is extended by enjoying a large dehors and a cosy garden, the ideal location for private parties and ceremonies.
Our cuisine is simple and sincere, created with respect for the raw materials of the territory and their seasonality.
You will find an à la carte menu with appetisers inspired by Piedmontese tradition, our inimitable polenta gnocchi and our soups rich in vegetables and pulses.
Polenta prepared daily with a mix of polenta taragna and polenta bramata del Mulino is served with Piedmontese meats, game or is 'concia' with tome cheese from the valley.
Special mention goes to our delicious desserts, strictly home-made.
Our cuisine is strictly local, inspired by seasonal products that our Chef carefully selects.
